sinh:
Từ ngày
31.10.2011 trở đi, Chi nhánh Deutsche Bank Tp. Hồ Chí Minh và VPĐD Deutsche Bank
ở Hà Nội không còn cung cấp dịch vụ mở tài khoản cho Học sinh, Sinh viên Việt
Nam nữa. Hiện thời, nếu muốn mở tài khoản thì phải liên hệ trực tiếp với
Deutsche Bank tại Hamburg.
Sau đây là hướng dẫn mở tài khoản ở Hamburg:

Anbei übersenden wir Ihnen weitere Informationen sowie
die für die Kontoeröffnung notwendigen Formulare als
PDF-Datei "Kontoeröffnungsunterlagen Sperrkonto".
BITTE BEACHTEN
SIE ZWINGEND DIE NACHFOLGENDEN HINWEISE:
Bitte drucken
Sie diese Formulare und füllen sie bitte vollständig
aus. Unterschreiben Sie den Kontoeröffnungsantrag erst in
Gegenwart eines Botschaftsangehörigen und lassen Sie dort
Ihre Unterschrift sowie Ihre Passkopie beglaubigen. Hierfür
beachten Sie bitte auch unser Informationsblatt "Hinweise zum Ausfüllen
der Unterlagen".
Nach Erhalt der
Unterlagen prüfen wir diese auf Vollständigkeit
und Richtigkeit, um dann anschliessend für Sie ein Konto
zu eröffnen. Da die Eröffnung ca.
3 Wochen in Anspruch nehmen kann, bitten wir um Verständnis,
dass wir aus Zeitgründen keine Anfragen per Telefon oder
E-Mail zum Stand der Kontoeröffnung beantworten werden.
Nachdem die
Kontoeröffnung erfolgt ist, werden wir Ihnen Ihre
Kontonummer und die IBAN und den Bank ID-Code mitteilen. Bitte vermerken Sie dafür
auf jeden Fall Ihre E-Mail-Adresse auf den Kontoeröffnungsunterlagen.
Sobald Sie Ihre
Kontonummer erhalten haben, können Sie das laut
Zusatzblatt geforderte Mindestguthaben auf Ihr Konto überweisen.
Wir empfehlen, dabei unseren Servicepreis für die Einmeldung der
Sperrvereinbarung, die Kosten Ihrer Hausbank für Auslandszahlungen sowie etwaige
Kosten der Deutschen Bank für Gutschriften
aus dem Ausland zu berücksichtigen. Die aktuellen
Preise der Deutschen Bank für Gutschriften aus dem
Auslandszahlungsverkehr finden Sie unter

Nach Gutschrift
des geforderten Mindestguthabens erhalten Sie und die Deutsche Botschaft
automatisch die Bestätigung.
Selbstverständlich sind auch Gutschriften möglich,
die grösser als das geforderte Mindestguthaben sind.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir keine Zahlung per Scheck akzeptieren können.
Sobald Sie in
Deutschland eingereist sind, bitten wir Sie, eine Filiale der Deutschen Bank zu
besuchen. Dort wird man mit Ihnen gemeinsam den Serviceauftrag ausfüllen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass ohne diesen Serviceauftrag Ihr Konto gesperrt
ist (das heisst, vorher veranlasste Belastungen werden nicht ausgeführt)!
Zusätzlich gutgeschriebene Beträge
können Sie dann natürlich auch frei verfügen.
Sollten Sie kein
Visum zur Einreise nach Deutschland erhalten und Ihr Konto auflösen
und/oder Gelder verfügen wollen, benachrichtigen Sie uns
bitte. Sie erhalten dann unsere "Informationen zur
Kontoschliessung".

Dear Sirs,
thank you for
applying to open a student blocked account with us. Attached you will find more
information on the account and the forms needed for the account opening as
PDF-document "account openings".
PLEASE NOTE THE
FOLLOWING:
Please print out
these forms, fill in all necessary fields and sign them in person exclusively at
a German Embassy in order to receive a confirmed account opening document and
passport copy. For support and further proceeding please
read carefully our information sheet “Notes on completing the documents”.
After receiving
the documents and checking they have been filled out completely and accurately,
we will open your account. As the opening can take about 3 weeks, we hope you
will understand that, due to time constraints, we do not
respond to any phone calls or e-mails regarding the status of the account
opening.
Once your
account has been opened, we will send your account number, the IBAN and Bank
ID-Code to you. Therefore, please ensure that your e-mail address is written on
the account opening application.
As soon as you
have received your account number, you can transfer the required minimum balance
as specified in the supplementary form to your account.
We recommend that you please consider our service charge for opening the blocked
account, the charges and transaction fees billed by your principal bank and
possible charges of the Deutsche Bank for non-domestic credit entries. Actual
prices and charges can be found at

After crediting
the complete blocked amount to your account the confirmation will be send
automatically to you and the German embassy. You may, of
course, transfer amounts exceeding the minimum balance.
Please note that "Demand Draft" or "Cross Cheque" will not be acceptable.
We kindly
request you to visit one of Deutsche Bank’s branches when you arrive in Germany,
where a member of staff will assist you in completing the service order.
Please note that your account will remain blocked without this service
order (this means that previously entered transfers or direct debits will not be
executed)! Then additional amounts can of course be
withdrawn without any restrictions.
If you do not
receive a visa to enter Germany and want the account to be closed and/or the
funds transfered, please notify us. You will then receive
our "informations for closing the account".
